Spears plans to divorce Federline?

Britney Spears has begun preparations for divorcing Kevin Federline, say reports.

The suggestion comes after successive stories suggested their relationship broke down at the end of May.

Now, according to The News of The World, the singer is already pursuing divorce proceedings.

“Britney has already started seeing lawyers about splitting with Kevin," said a source. “She is serious about it and even though she’s pregnant she knows that she has to get things moving.

“It’s a very stressful time for her at the moment what with expecting her second baby.”
