James Brown's widow has spoken out about her eviction ordeal, and insists she will return to the premises.

Tomi Rae Hynie was locked out of the couple's shared home shortly after the singer's death, with lawyers claiming their marriage was illegitimate.

However, Hynie claims Brown wanted his home to be converted into a Graceland-style museum, and she is adamant his dream will be realised.

Brown's agent Frank Copsidas, agrees with his widow: "He said his house could be another Graceland," he told the New York Post. "He said 'Elvis did it, why can't I?'"
