Jamelia offers support to Britney Spears

Jamelia has offered support to Britney Spears at a gig in central London.

The 'Beware of the Dog' singer wore a yellow and pink T-shirt bearing the inscription 'Tears for Spears' when she performed at London's G-A-Y club on Saturday night.

After the performance she told The Mirror: "Britney's obviously been going through a tough time and I hope she pulls it all together. I'm sure she can come back stronger than ever.

"As a mother I know all about the pressures of juggling a music career with raising your children."
