Diaz insists she still loves Timberlake

Cameron Diaz insisted that she still loves Justin Timberlake as the pair appeared on the green carpet together for the UK premiere of Shrek The Third.

The actress reportedly impressed fans at the event by turning up in a slinky black dress.

She told the Mirror: "We love each other. We spent four years together so there is no reason for us not to be friends."

Diaz went on to dismiss rumours that the pair were on bad terms. She said: "I always think it is funny when people think 'Oh you guys must really hate each other now'. And I say 'No, our paths just went in different directions.

"I want to enjoy this life - and I have an excellent life. I am going to just enjoy it rather than be bummed out over something I have no control over."
