Britney Spears wants mum away from kids?

Britney Spears has obtained a restraining order to keep her mother away from her children, a report has claimed.

The singer was photographed delivering papers to Lynne Spears at her trailer in Valencia, California, which, according to website X17, informed her of the order.

It says: "Our sources tell us that the paperwork is complete and that Britney is claiming her mother is abusing prescription pain medication and that she should be kept away from Sean [Preston, 1] and Jayden [James, nine months]."

Spears is said to blame her mother for working with former manager Larry Rudolph to get her to go into rehab.

Meanwhile, US magazine People claims estranged husband Kevin Federline is stalling their divorce process.

A source said: "Kevin and his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan are dragging their heels out of concern over reports of Britney's post-rehab partying."

Laura Wasser, Spears's lawyer, declared: "I do not feel it's appropriate to comment the personal life or legal positions of my client."
