The holiday home is painted in the I'm a Celebrity star's favourite colour throughout, and it is reported that she has even ordered costly marble with pink flecks for inside the house.
Jordan's new villa, which is close to husband Peter Andre's parents home in Larnaca, has a lift, roof terrace, swimming pool and veranda.
Andre told The Sun: "After everything that's happened this year, Kate and I are in desperate need of a holiday.
"Hopefully now we'll be able to get away whenever we feel like it."
