James Morrison is planning to do his bit for the environment this weekend - and will cycle 150 miles before performing in Essex tomorrow.

The 'Wonderful World' singer is concerned about climate change, and so he has decided to travel between the Staffordshire and Essex V Festival sites on a four-seater bike with his band.

A source told the Daily Star: "James is worried about his carbon footprint, particularly as acts normally get helicopters from both sites. He thought it might be fun to cycle instead."

The insider added: "The band will be totally knackered if they make it. It'll probably go horribly wrong and they'll have to hitch a lift instead."
