Hilton is reportedly looking for a new home after selling her $4.25 million Hollywood mansion and has asked the TV star to help her create a eco-friendly home.
A source told E!Online: "He's helping her pick out a home she can easily convert into an environmentally friendly living space.
"Adrian has really been teaching Paris a lot about what people can do to live their lives in a more 'green-friendly' way, because it's a cause he's very involved in. And so far, Paris is listening."
They added: "She loves learning about the cause from Adrian and wants to become more involved."
However, the source denied the rumours that the pair have begun a romantic relationship, commenting: "It's really turned more into a friendship than a relationship...the two are more friends than boyfriend-girlfriend."
