Blunt offers Ellen his phone number

James Blunt has offered US TV presenter Ellen DeGeneres his phone number while on her chat show.

The '1973' singer was asked by the host whether he was currently dating anybody and responded by offering his personal contact details.

Blunt said: "I'll give you my number afterwards. I am actually very effeminate."

DeGeneres turned down his offer, commenting: "It's not going to work. But thanks for trying."
