Hatcher's life story to become TV show

Teri Hatcher's autobiography is to be made into a TV series, reports claim.

The Desperate Housewives star has sold the show - which follows the ups and downs of her career and relationships - to a US network.

She said: "It shows how not to go down the dark rabbit hole of pain and how to pull yourself out of there."

It is not yet known whether Hatcher will star as herself in the programme, which is based on her 2006 book Burnt Toast: And Other Philosophies On Life.
