Wilson, Aniston bond over yoga workouts

Owen Wilson has bonded with fellow 'wounded soul' Jennifer Aniston after he took her advice and started practising yoga workouts.

The Wedding Crashers actor, who tried to commit suicide in August, has reportedly started using the exercise technique and meditation to help him overcome his depression.

A source claimed that the former Friends actress has "been encouraging Owen to practise breathing techniques, yoga and meditation" and that the pair have bonded as a result because they "both are wounded souls".

The source added that Wilson has been relying on phone calls from Aniston to help him.

The pair are being lined up to star opposite each other in an upcoming movie adaptation of the best-selling book Marley & Me.
