Hilton "scared" by Rwanda trip

Paris Hilton has admitted that she is "scared" about visiting Rwanda in November.

The US socialite signed up for the trip in September, but has now claimed that she is worried about swapping her partying lifestyle for humanitarian work.

She told Newsweek: "Before, my life was about having fun, going to parties - it was a fantasy.

"But when I had time to reflect, I felt empty inside. I want to leave a mark on the world."

Hilton added: "I'm scared, yeah. I've heard it's really dangerous. I've never been on a trip like this before."
