Singer Dionne Warwick reportedly owes $2.7 million in tax.

She has been named on a list compiled by the California Franchise Tax Board shaming people who have been late in paying their state income taxes.

Ex-American football star O.J. Simpson is also on the list.

According to Warwick's legal representatives, she is currently working with her business team to resolve the issues.

In a statement the rep said: "Ms. Warwick is aware of the tax situation which resulted from the negligence of previous business advisers.

"She and her current business management team are now working with the state of California to resolve and settle the matter with the FTB."

State controller John Chiang told the Los Angeles Times: "Certainly, people don't want the public embarrassment of being on the list. I wouldn't want to be on a list with O.J. Simpson."
