Mills 'furious' over McCartney romance

Heather Mills is reportedly furious with Sir Paul McCartney after seeing photographs of him with a married woman.

The former Beatle was snapped sipping cocktails, strolling along a beach and dining out with Nancy Shevell in New York resort the Hamptons last weekend.

A source told the Daily Mirror: "She rang him and there was a huge row. Heather asked what the hell he thought he was up to. She was furious because he hadn't told her about Nancy himself.

"She asked him how he thinks their daughter Beatrice would feel to see her dad and his new girlfriend splashed all over the newspapers. Paul couldn't believe Heather thought she could take the moral high ground after viciously attacking him on TV last week."

McCartney is also thought to have spent two evenings with the US socialite - who is legally separated from her husband - at a hotel in London last month.

The source said: "I don't think they've spent the night together. It is quite a romantic relationship. Nancy is beautiful, but also very intelligent. She is also very rich, so she's not after his money."

Shevell refused to comment on the romance, saying she found the attention surrounding it "embarrassing".
