'Grey's Anatomy's Pompeo gets married

Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo has married her fiancé, music executive Chris Ivery, in New York.

The actress, who plays Meredith Grey in the ABC series, had a small ceremony at the New York City Hall, according to the Boston Globe.

Pompeo's spokeswoman, Jennifer Allen, said: "They are over the moon."

She was reportedly back filming the show on set on Tuesday.
