The singer was celebrating turning 26 at the Scandinavian Style Mansion on Saturday night in Los Angeles along with Paris Hilton.
But she allegedly took the coats, designed by Katja Berglund, for her and her friends as she left the venue, according to Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet.
Meanwhile reports also claim that Spears begged her ex-husband Kevin Federline to come out and join her in with her birthday celebrations.
The troubled singer partied until 4am and reportedly rang her former partner late at night to ask him if he would come and join her.
But Federline, who currently has full physical custody of the couple's sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James, refused because he had to look after the boys.
A source said: "She begged him to come out with her. Kevin reminded her that one of them needed to be a parent and take care of the boys. Then she hung up on him. Kevin said she was drinking."
