Gavin Henson is to be charged with disorderly conduct after he was involved in a drunken incident on a train journey earlier this month.

The Welsh rugby star, who has recently had a baby with singer Charlotte Church, reportedly abused passengers when he was travelling from London to Cardiff on December 2.

British Transport Police confirmed today that Henson is to be summoned over the allegations along with three of his friends.

All four men are due at Cardiff Magistrates' Court in January.

Since the incident Church has banned Henson from drinking any alcohol over the Christmas period to prevent any more incidents occurring.
