
The Italian fashion icon spoke to each member of the group individually to find out what they wanted from their tour outfits.
Cavalli told Grazia: "I met each one on their own so I could get an idea of their personality.
"I asked them about their bodies, what they wanted to show and hide, and we talked about how they had evolved in the years since they were Spice Girls.
"Then I let them view my archive and asked them what they wanted."
He says that Geri Halliwell wanted to reveal her body on stage, while Emma Bunton wished to cover up.
Cavalli also revealed that Mel C wanted to replace her sporty look with a "rock chick" style and that Mel B "wanted shiny, body-conscious clothes, and animal prints".
Talking about Beckham's requests, he said: "She wanted to experiment, to surprise and be different. Her only request was that we give her hips."
