Lachey has no plans to marry Minnillo

Nick Lachey and his girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo have no immediate plans to get married.

The couple were rumoured to have tied the knot at a secret ceremony earlier this month, but the stories turned out to be false.

MTV presenter Vanessa has now refused to speculate about her long-term future with Nick, insisting that they are concentrating on enjoying the present day.

"We appreciate the days. I'm not going to put a time on things and say I'm going to do this by this time tomorrow," Minnillo explained. "We are happy today - no pressure for tomorrow. When things fit into place and you know they're right, they're right."

Lachey split from his wife Jessica Simpson in 2005 after three years of marriage and four seasons of their MTV reality series, Newlyweds.
