Eddie Murphy married his girlfriend Tracey Edmonds in a ceremony in French Polynesia on New Year's Day.
The Dreamgirls actor wed Edmonds, whom he has dated since early 2007, on a beach on a private island off Bora Bora, according to People magazine.
Last year Murphy, who has five children with his ex-wife Nicole Mitchell, had a daughter with Spice Girl Melanie Brown.
Edmonds got engaged to the star in July and has two children from her 13-year marriage to singer Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds.
