Westlife's Kian reveals wedding plans

Westlife's Kian Egan proposed to actress Jodi Albert on Christmas Day.

The boyband star claimed before Christmas that he wouldn't ask Albert during the festive season because it was "corny".

However, Egan has now released a statement confirming that he will marry the former Hollyoaks star.

He said: "I’m over the moon that Jodi said yes and I look forward to spending the rest of my life with her."

Egan and Albert have been dating for four and a half years and are planning to wed in 2009.
