Drew Barrymore struggles with acne

Drew Barrymore has revealed that she fights a daily battle with acne.

The actress said she lacks confidence in her appearance because of her frequent break-outs of spots.

She said: "My only beauty recommendation is zit cream. I couldn't live without it. I get zits all the time and they annoy me more than anything else in the world. I've used every face wash, acne cream, everything."

Barrymore and boyfriend Justin Long were involved in a fight last week after a stranger tried to take photographs of them in a bar.
