Cole 'could get £4 million in divorce'

Cheryl Cole has been advised that she could receive a £4 million settlement if she divorces husband Ashley.

The Girls Aloud singer moved out of the couple's marital home on Wednesday following reports that the footballer had sex with three other women during their relationship.

It was also claimed that he paid one woman to have an abortion and two others to keep quiet after sleeping with them.

The Sun quotes a source as saying: "She has taken advice on divorce and it is now a very viable option. She would be looking at about £4 million.

"Cheryl now knows [Ashley] has slept with other girls. That is no longer in question and she won't be pretending he's innocent again."

The insider added: "I can't see her taking him back. He's begging like a dog - and that is how she sees him."

It was revealed yesterday that Cole has not eaten a proper meal for a week since reports of Ashley's behaviour appeared in the press.
