Her comments come just weeks before the former couple go head-to-head in court over custody of their daughters Molly, six, and Lilly-Sue, five.
Katona also admitted that she cannot wait to reveal full details of her battle with McFadden when the case concludes next month.
"When it finishes in March, we'll tell you everything. Oh and it's juicy, it's really good," Katona told Celebs on Sunday. "I'm confident about it - I'm the one who took him to court. He wanted full custody, but he's changed his mind now. We don't really know what he wants. I don't think he knows."
Asked about the contact that Brian and his fiancée Delta Goodrem have with the girls, Kerry claimed: "They don't see the kids. He hasn't been to one parents' evening or one sports day. And I'm a bad mother?"
