The pair, who split in February 2007, were spotted enjoying a "romantic walk" in Paris together last week.
Kylie was seen spending more time with the French actor a day later. They walked Olivier's dog together, before going shopping and having drinks at a cafe.
A fellow customer at the Cafe de Flore told the Sunday Mirror: "They looked happy and relaxed and clearly had a great deal to talk about."
"Kylie is almost 40 and needs to be settling down," a friend revealed. "She always believed Olivier was the one, so who knows?"
Olivier's father Robert added: "We all love seeing Kylie in Paris, especially Olivier. She makes everybody very happy." Asked if his son is still single, he replied: "But of course."
