Jessica Alba 'attacked by ghost'

Jessica Alba has claimed that she was attacked in bed by a ghost when she was a teenager.

The actress said her parents were forced to call in expert help after a "presence" ripped the covers off her bed and lay on top of her.

She revealed that the incident has given her nightmares ever since, saying: "I had no idea what it was. I felt this pressure and I couldn't get up, I couldn't scream, I couldn't talk, I couldn't do anything.

"Something definitely took the covers off me and I definitely couldn't get off the bed, and then, once I did, I screamed, ran to my parents' room and I don't think I spent many nights in that house ever again."

The 26-year-old added: "There's something in my parents' old house, I don't know what it was. I can't really explain it... They got it blessed and they burned sage and stuff since then."

Alba, who is expecting a baby with fiancé Cash Warren, recently admitted that she hopes her child grows up to be a "nerd".
