According to The Mirror, Violet D'Souza was planning to take Hurley and her husband to an employment tribunal until they reached an out-of-court settlement yesterday.
D'Souza has claimed that she worked seven days a week for the couple, with chores including babysitting, cleaning and cooking.
However, she alleged that they were only paying her 8,000 rupees a week (£100), which could have worked out to as little as £1.20 per hour.
The legal minimum wage in the UK is £5.52 an hour.
After working for four years with the couple, D'Souza was fired last August.
She later launched an employment tribunal claim, arguing that there was a breach of contract, failure to supply a written statement of terms and conditions, race discrimination and unfair dismissal.
A pre-hearing review at Kingsway Employment Tribunal was planned for tomorrow, but the claims have now been withdrawn.
