The 34-year-old, who is expecting her second child, has spent years in the media spotlight as the daughter of TV and film producer Aaron Spelling.
She landed the role of Donna Martin in his teen drama Beverly Hills 90210 at the age of 16 and most recently starred in reality show Tori + Dean Inn Love, which followed her attempt to run a California B&B with husband Dean McDermott.
Tori reunited with mum Candy last year after the pair clashed over Aaron's £250 million fortune. She received just £100,000 following his death in 2006, due to the intervention of her then-estranged mother.
In an excerpt from the book published in People, she wrote: "I spent so many years in the media having people tell stories about my life, so I figured I might as well tell the true stories about my life this time."
She added that some of the revelations in the memoir may even come as a surprise to McDermott, saying: "Nobody's read it! Not even Dean!"
