David Hasselhoff has won a court order to help him reclaim an ivory tusk from his ex-wife's house in LA.

The order allows Hasselhoff to return to his family home to collect a list of possessions from actress Pamela Bach.

Also on the list is a statue of a dolphin, a model elephant, baseball memorabilia and a French maid.

Hasselhoff divorced Bach in 2006 but has spent months battling with her over custody of their teenage daughters and finances.

The former Baywatch star claimed in December that the couple had reached a settlement over joint custody.

However, the next day Bach denied the claims, insisting that no deal had been reached.
