Allen boasts about nude physique

Alfie Allen has claimed that he is proud of his new physique after getting in shape to appear in Equus.

The 21-year-old actor stripped off in the West End production earlier this year and has been boasting to everybody about his newly-found fitness, reports The Mirror.

Allen said: "I'm really fit. I can't believe how in-shape I am now."

He reportedly showed off his new healthy status by running around girlfriend Jaime Winstone's flat.

A source commented: "He kept running around the house like mad. We couldn't keep up."
