Hogan facing lawsuit over son's car crash

Hulk Hogan is being sued by the man who was left critically injured after being involved in a car accident with the wrestler's son.

John Graziano, an Iraq war veteran, was the passenger in Nick Bollea's Toyota Supra when the 17-year-old crashed into a tree in Clearwater, Florida last August.

Lawyers for Graziano filed a lawsuit yesterday claiming that Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, and his wife Linda are liable as Nick's parents.

Graziano, who wasn't wearing a seat belt when the crash occurred, will require care for the rest of his life and is seeking millions of dollars in a settlement.

Nick Bollea was charged with reckless driving and causing serious bodily harm.
