Steve-O hits back at partying rumours

Jackass star Steve-O has hit back at rumours that he has been spotted partying just two weeks after threatening to commit suicide.

The 33-year-old sent an email to the press claiming that his fiancée was having second thoughts about marrying him after it was reported that he was chatting up girls at a bash.

He wrote: "The stories that are circulating right now about me being at some party hitting on random girls and asking to snort drugs from their breasts are not true at all.

"I will be the first to admit that I've snorted all kinds of drugs, in all sorts of situations, but I take offence to claims that I was running around hitting on random women at a time when I was under the impression that I was engaged to be married."

He said he had been in the "loony bin" at the time of the reports and could not have been seen elsewhere.

Talking about his partner Britney, he said: "I was informed, by the girl I asked to marry me, that she had completely changed her mind about getting married."

Steve-O, real name Stephen Glover, was admitted to LA's Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre earlier this month after reportedly sending 33 suicide letters to friends.
