The singer was not allowed inside London's Pentonville Prison yesterday after showing up late for her appointment.
Fielder-Civil is said to be growing increasingly frustrated with his wife, who was photographed wearing a large heart-shaped badge with his name on.
A source told The Sun: "Blake is getting really wound up by Amy. Her visits are less and less frequent - and when she does visit, she is late.
"He has told Amy he wants a divorce. Part of that is about getting her to visit. But he's closer to going through with his threat."
Fielder-Civil has been on remand since November awaiting trial on charges of GBH and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
He revealed in January that he had threatened to divorce Winehouse if she did not check into rehab.
