Her lawyer Anthony Salerno revealed in February that he was confident he could secure her the minimum sentence for a first-time charge of driving under the influence.
She will reportedly be given a three-year probation, a three-month alcohol education programme and a fine of approximately £850 after pleading no contest.
The deal is expected to be signed off at her arraignment in Beverly Hills court today.
The former OC star was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and driving without a valid licence following her arrest last December.
People reports that the possession charge is likely to be dismissed and the licence offence reduced to a traffic violation.
