Cameron Diaz turns her back on LA

Cameron Diaz has revealed that she is preparing to make a permanent move to New York.

The actress already has one home in the city and has recently been spotted hunting for another.

Diaz admitted that she is tired of living in Los Angeles because she feels unable to have a "normal life" there.

"I'm done with LA," Diaz told W magazine. "Here, I can walk down the street like everybody else... and end up in a gallery or some wonderful ethnic food restaurant."

Cameron, who has been single since she split from Justin Timberlake, recently revealed that she does not feel ready to start a new relationship. However, she was later spotted on a date with Gerard Butler at an LA restaurant.
