The couple, who welcomed twins in February, will star in the show for the TLC network.
Lopez said: "I am excited to be part of the TLC family. I'm looking forward to sharing this exciting journey together."
The singer and actress will serve as co-executive producer on the currently in production unscripted show.
A press release stated that the show would "deliver a slice of [Lopez's] life that audiences have never seen before, as she takes on her career and launches a new fragrance while trying to juggle her new responsibilities as a first time mom".
TLC has yet to release an air date for the untitled Lopez-Anthony show.
