Piper wants Evans to be godfather?

Billie Piper reportedly wants ex-husband Chris Evans to be her baby's godfather.

The couple have remained close friends since separating in 2004 after three years of marriage.

A friend recently confirmed rumours that the actress is expecting her first child with new husband Laurence Fox.

According to the Daily Express, she previously told pals that she wants Evans to be involved in raising any babies she may have, saying: "If I ever have a child, I want Chris to be part of the family. He would make a great godfather."

Her agent Michael Foster said: "I don't know whether Billie is pregnant, or whether Chris would be the godfather. I just don't know. I can't confirm anything."
