Fan sues Pete Wentz for assault

A Fall Out Boy fan has claimed that Pete Wentz and his entourage attacked him at a show last year.

Andy Kallas alleges that the emo rocker and security staff left him with "serious injuries to his head, mouth and face" at a show in Schuba's Tavern, Chicago.

According to TMZ, Kallas was "loud, obnoxious and heckling" during the concert.

A representative for Wentz said: "This case is meritless. We looked into it and the facts don't support his claims. We will vigorously defend this case in court."

Kallas is suing Wentz and the venue for an unspecified amount in compensation.
