The fund was created by fashion website lastseason.com to raise cash to help the singer to get his life back on track.
The retailer donated a percentage of sales of a range of stripey tops from labels such as Peter Werth, Bench and Religion to its 'Pete fund'.
However, a spokesman admitted that the response had been underwhelming, telling OK!: "Sales have been somewhat disappointing - we only sold six stripey tops.
"We had planned to do a big presentation and get a big cheque made up but it seems pointless for a mere £17 quid and change."
Doherty was freed from London's Wormwood Scrubs on Tuesday after serving 29 days of a 14-week sentence for breaching the terms of his probation.
