Minnie Driver: 'Zolezzi is not the father'

Minnie Driver has dismissed speculation that San Francisco musician Craig Zolezzi is the father of her baby.

The actress announced that she is expecting her first child during an interview with US chatshow host Jay Leno in March. However, she refused to name the dad, saying she wanted to keep him out of the public eye.

She told The Independent that Zolezzi was not the "baby daddy", saying: "He's my great friend and he's been so cool about it. I want to shield the baby's dad as much as I can because it wasn't his choice to get roped into all this stuff.

"It'll come out in time and there'll be some other bump people will be interested in and I'll have this baby and get on with my life."

She revealed that the father is English, "sort of in the same business", and "really busy, like me".
