Leona caught in Japan earthquake

Leona Lewis has been caught in an earthquake while promoting her album in Japan.

The singer was asleep at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Tokyo when the disaster struck the country's Kanto region yesterday morning.

Six people were injured and 4,500 homes lost power in the quake, which measured 6.7 on the Richter scale.

A source told The Mirror: "Leona was really shaken up but called home to tell her family she was OK."
