Simpson, Wentz signed a pre-nup

Pete Wentz has revealed that he signed a pre-nuptial agreement with Ashlee Simpson prior to their wedding last Saturday.

In an interview with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM, the Fall Out Boy bassist admitted that Simpson had also legally changed her last name but was uncertain if she will use it in her pop career.

He said: "She legally is a Wentz... I don't know what she'll do with her stage name, that's up to her. She hasn't decided that."

Wentz added that the couple haven't yet had a honeymoon, choosing instead to fake a getaway in their basement.

He explained: "We got some blow-up palm trees. A little fake 'n' bake tanning booth. We're eating DiGiorno's pizza, getting in that tanning oven every once in a while, it's great. It's gonna look like we're on that private jet. We're gonna save that 30 grand, you know?"

Wentz recently dismissed rumours claiming that he and Simpson were expecting their first child.
