London 2012: Robbie Grabarz raises the flag - picture

By
Team GB high jumper Robbie Grabarz cleared a height of 2.29 metres in the high jump on Tuesday (August 7), leaping to a joint third place and his first Olympic medal.

Back in the athletes' village, he's decided to show off his hard-earned bronze and his nation's flag.

Forget about singing the national anthem - this certainly makes one proud to be British.

Grabarz's pose is up there with the standout performance from the US coxless four as one of the best moments of the Games so far.

Here's Robbie, fully clothed, doing what he does best.

Good luck in Rio, and when you get gold, feel free to leave the flag back in the UK!
