While we had her on the phone, Digital Spy naturally took the opportunity to quiz Nancy on all sorts of other things. Read on for her thoughts on everything from reality TV and Prince Harry to One Direction and Playboy.
On how she feels to be the Domestos Bathroom Etiquette cover girl
"I think there's always enough space to improve our habits. What I've been saying is that hygiene is connected with health and safety. I like doing something unexpected and unusual, and I'm quite sensitive to the thought and the message."
Has she ever been put off a lad by a dirty toilet?
"No. In my personal life no, it's never happened in my experience. But of course you find yourself in many situations in a public place, in a restaurant - but never with someone in a house who I've known in a more intimate relationship."
On the attitude of a good domestic goddess
"You make yourself very clear what needs to be done and do it... I'm so convinced that the house can never be clean enough, and especially the bathroom!"
Her new job as Style Guru at The Sun
"I don't like the word 'guru'... I try to do it in a very funny, cheeky way. More of a makeover helper. It has to come from inside. If you can't develop your own style I'll try to help. Be confident, know exactly who you are. What kind of message you want to send out with what you're wearing, your style. To establish your own style you have to know yourself."
Sexiness, confidence - has Nancy suffered like Samantha Brick?
"Some women seem to be not comfortable with that. It comes with the territory. Some people can be jealous. It's normal. It's quite sad when these things happen because you should have women on your side. You should never have one against the other, that sort of competitive attitude. I don't really like it when that happens."
Is she still thinking about taking it all off for Playboy?
"We'll see. They approached me, they asked me and the thing is... it's very complimentary. We'll see. It'd be on the right terms - on my terms."
After talking about Prince Harry, how would she feel about marrying into the royal family?
"Royals in general or this royal family? They have enough problems already to have me on board!"
And what about the fellas in One Direction?
"They're probably a bit too young... though I'm now at the point where I'm looking more for a young man to find what I need... you need them to be confident to share the same interests in your life."
Would she do another reality show after Strictly Come Dancing?
"No - Stricly is such a unique thing. It's a special thing... it's a reality show but it's not a reality show. It's a very entertaining TV show. I'm looking forward to doing my programme... to create a reality show with me."
And did Alesha Dixon ever say sorry for her mean comments?
"No, but she got what she deserved. She's gone now from the BBC... I don't think she's in a better place. I think she really regrets it."
