Beckinsale insists on bottom double

Kate Beckinsale reportedly requested a bottom double for her new film Whiteout.

According to OK!, the 34-year-old objected to stripping for a shower scene and "insisted on a double being hired".

An insider said: "She was quite open on the set about not liking her body."

Producers on the film's Canadian set sent out an advert asking for a 5'8" brunette weighing just under nine stone to fill in for Beckinsale.

The actress recently claimed that she was more talented in the bedroom than in the kitchen.
