Britney Spears will not be charged over an incident which saw her run over a photographer's foot.
Last October, the singer reportedly hit the snapper as she was trying to drive away from paparazzi in Beverley Hills.
A video of the collision showed the man falling to the ground before quickly getting up.
However, deputy district attorney Joseph Shidler said the incident was not Spears's fault.
"We have no evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the suspect was aware that the victim's foot had been struck by the car," he stated.
"There was much commotion and noise at the time and there is no proof that the suspect was aware of what had happened."
