Palmer-Tomkinson 'drunk' at charity bash

Tara-Palmer Tomkinson ended up drunk at a Capital Radio charity event on Monday, say reports.

The socialite finished the evening by throwing up inside the men's toilets.

Palmer-Tomkinson spent her night at the Help A London Child bash on the Savoy Pier with singer Duncan James.

Her drunken behaviour apparently included sticking cutlery in her hair and flashing her knickers when dancing on stage.

A source told The Mirror: "She was in a right state. Duncan kept telling her, 'Drink more water and have some bread and you'll be fine'."
