Beckham to teach Will Smith football

Will Smith has revealed that David Beckham will teach him how to play football.

Speaking at the premiere of his new film Hancock, Smith told The Mirror that Beckham had agreed to coach him and his family.

"David Beckham is one of the best soccer players in the world," he said. "I begged him to teach me how to play and he promises he will. We can't wait!"

Smith's Hancock co-star Charlize Theron recently admitted that she was "shocked" when Smith accidentally slapped her on the film's set.

Hancock is scheduled for release on July 2.
