The record producer reserved rooms at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites for lawyers and witnesses at his murder trial last year.
When his trial concluded with a deadlocked jury last September, the defendants vacated the hotel rooms that were reserved for the duration of the court case, reportedly failing to pay $104,000 (£53,000) in fees.
Spector will face a retrial later this year. He denies murdering actress Lana Clarkson, who was found dead from a gunshot wound at his home in 2003.
