50 Cent has blasted fast food chain Taco Bell.

The restaurant offered to donate $10,000 to charity in return for the hip-hop star changing his name to 79, 89 or 99 Cent to promote one of their products.

Taco Bell asked the rapper to visit an eatery and order the product using his new name.

The singer, real name Curtis Jackson, described the deal as "a sleazy and ill-conceived publicity stunt by Taco Bell's president, Greg Creed".

50 Cent also claimed the offer was leaked to the press before it even reached his agent.

"When my legal team is finished with them, Taco Bell is going to have a new corporate slogan: 'We messed with the bull and got the horns!'" he told OK!.
